I met Adriana when hair salons were finally opened up after Covid. I had moved up to Aurora in the midst of Covid and like everyone I hadn’t had my hair done well in some time. My first experience with her was over the phone. I have short coloured hair and some stylists don’t cut short hair well. She listened to my concerns, asked questions, and assured me she could take good care of my hair. My appointment was the next day. We spent the first 10 minutes just going over my hair, texture, colour, any sulking troubles I may have. She clearly explained what she wanted to do. After that appointment I felt I was looking more like my pre-Covid self finally. I’m one that finds a hairstyle on the web and decide that’s what I want. Over the years with Adriana I can’t count the number of times I have changed the colour and cut. Each time I see her she asks how it went, if I had any issues and makes recommendations based on my comments. I even thought of going natural grey like my sisters, one of my sisters is now a client of Adriana and I thought maybe I should take that plunge too. Adriana honestly advised me to wait awhile that my hair and grey is different from both of my sisters and won’t look nice yet. Bottom line I have finally found a hair style combination and colour that works and looks great from the moment Adriana styles it until the next appointment with minimal work. Thank you for your patience and suggestions. I am very happy.
