The most unprofessional experience at this clinic 1. The dentist was terrible..he should have referred me to an endodontist....a plastic looking piece and metal piece fell into my throat during a root canal where I choked and had to get up and get the pieces out of my throat at least 2 times. This was done at the end of 2023. Went several times to put on the crown as it wouldn't fit....had it finally put in jan 2024..at the end of 2025 the whole tooth broke off. This is amongst a lot of other incidences that happened. And still enrages me til this day 2. The dentist who took over (some young east asian dentist) was very unprofessional..speaking to his colleague how he uses all the equipment at this clinic and how it saves him money while im being charged for him to try to put in my crown..which did not fit...and was not done.
I would avoid this place unless it is for a cleaning.

We have been visiting this dental clinic for quite some time and have had good experiences in the past. However, our most recent visit was very disappointing. The dental assistant was rude, and the doctor Shahad seemed rushed throughout the procedure. The treatment was rough and quite painful, and even after 24 hours, I am still experiencing discomfort. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I hope they take this feedback seriously and focus more on patient care rather than rushing appointments

Very warm welcome. He immediately makes you feel at ease and is extremely professional. He is thorough, attentive, and truly listens to his patients. I had a dental scaling done, which went very smoothly. The clinic is spotless—you can go there with complete confidence. I highly recommend him for taking care of your teeth. 😊

I recently visited Woodbine Dental Hygiene Clinic for a cleaning and whitening and it went really well. The team was nice, the cleaning didn’t hurt, and the whitening worked better than I expected. My teeth look way cleaner and brighter. Overall, super happy with the visit.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Jeff. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease. He walked me through the procedure in detail, patiently answered my questions, and constantly checked to ensure I was comfortable throughout.
