One of the best dental clinic I have been to far. The facility is very clean and from the doctors to hygienists, the staff here is truly amazing - very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I got my wisdown teeth removed a few months ago and everything went so smoothly. I’m very satistfied with every appointment I’ve been to so far and honestly speaking Zafreen, who is the main front staff person, plays a huge part in why I think this clinic is great. She provides excellent customer service, is such a sweetheart and makes the admin stuff like booking appointments or checking insurance coverages super effortless.

Highly recommend Dr.Chang and Dr.Zeng for their excellent skills and professionalism! Had my cleaning and wisdom tooth extraction here. The reception staff and dental assistants were super friendly and sweet :) They try to help as much as they can!

If you're anxious (like me) to see a dentist then you've got to check out Laird Eglinton Dental. Zafrini and Ulshan at reception are very efficient and friendly. Shweta does a very good and gentle cleaning job and Dr.Adela Zeng spends time explaining all aspects of her procedure and answers all questions in a professional and calming way. Located across the street on the Eglinton rt line.

I don’t often write reviews, but this is one dental clinic that genuinely deserves it.
I have always been a bit anxious about going to the dentist, so finding Dr. Chain and the team at Laird Eglinton Dental has honestly been a huge relief. From my very first visit, I felt like I was in good hands. The front desk staff are so kind and welcoming—they remember you, they take their time, and you never feel like just another appointment.
Dr. Chain is incredibly patient and thoughtful. He explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and he never rushes through anything. You can tell he really cares about his patients, not just the work he’s doing. That made a big difference for me, especially since I usually feel nervous in that setting.
The whole team has a really calm, supportive energy. Whether it’s the hygienists or the reception staff, everyone is gentle, respectful, and just genuinely nice to be around. It makes something I used to avoid feel manageable, and honestly, a lot less stressful than I expected.
The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. Small things like having TVs and a relaxing environment really help take your mind off things.
I’m really grateful I found this place. If you’re someone who feels nervous about dental visits, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. It’s made a big difference for me and my family. Strongly Recommend the clinic for anyone - especially if you have a fear of dental work.

The clinical side of this practice is competent. The staff are professional, and the hygiene work was done well.
The administrative side is another matter.
An estimate was submitted to my insurer (Canada Life), but the final claim differed significantly in both coding and total amount, triggering a manual review. When I raised the discrepancy, I was told that verifying coverage is entirely the patient’s responsibility.
This is not a transparent system. It requires a high degree of patient vigilance—reviewing procedure codes, confirming details with the insurer, and effectively auditing the process independently. If you assume the estimate reflects what will be submitted, you may encounter unexpected costs.
Proceed with clarity: verify everything in advance, and do not rely on estimates alone.
