I am always impressed if someone actually answers the phone - check.I called about 11:30 this morning and they had someone at my place within 90 min and the problem solved in under an hour afterwards. Ronnie and his helper (didn't get his name) had the parts and got right to work. Two other companies I tried either didn't return a call, or had an appointment in a week and half.
