John attended my residence and was a total professional. He measured the eavestroughs and then showed me the products. He then provided a quote for the job complete. He said he would contact me in a couple days for my answer. He contacted me as he said, I accepted the quote and we set a date for work to begin. On the day I received a phone call indicating work crew would be delayed. John kept me in the loop all day and it was decided it would be the following day. Darren and Calvin attended to do the work. Chris and Matt from Custom Contracting were amazing. The job they performed installing new eavestroughs showed they really know what they are doing. We have an older home with lots of external features that means there were over 20 corners the guys had to cut and install. The guys didn’t complain once, turned up on time and made sure everything was neat and tidy at the end of the day. Couldn’t praise their work higher.
Matt and Chris did an exceptional job! They arrived at the expected time, patiently listened to my concerns and started working immediately! Very efficient and quick, despite the heat! Upon completion the men asked if I had any concerns. Great workers!!! Thankyou!!!
