Sessions are 50 minutes in length and include:
Warm Up
Mobility work
Strength Training for body sculpting for the full bosy (No Impact and very joint friendly)
Optional Boxing for cardio, recreation and fun
I typically charge either biweekly for sessions so you pay ahead for how many sessions you will do, no long term commitments.
