Personal Training offered in: -one on one -two on one and -small group training You get: A custom meal plan with support catered to your life. We study how you eat, how often, what you like and don’t like and set you up for success. Strategized fatloss with your social life incorporated. Sessions are 50 minutes in length and include: Warm Up Mobility work Strength Training for body sculpting for the full bosy (No Impact and very joint friendly) Optional Boxing for cardio, recreation and fun I typically charge either biweekly for sessions so you pay ahead for how many sessions you will do, no long term commitments.

Thursday: 3 - 9PM
Friday: 10AM - 9PM
Saturday: 9AM - 12PM
