Perfect little gym. Got everything I need, and the best part is I'm not paying for all the other fancy amenities that I don't use. Just free weights, strength and cardio machines, love it!
Moved from good life fitness to this gym last month. This gym is clean, well maintained and no crazy crowd like other gyms across Brampton. Membership price is affordable and their staff is nice too.
I am glad to finally have found “my place” in this gym. Tried many gyms in Canada but this is my comfort spot now.People around are great support and the management is really dedicated.Would recommend it to my mates✌?
