I have been happy with them in the past but also have had some issues, also where they fell through my roof when they installed my heater and AC unit and had someone come out and patch it, it looked okay at first when they initially fixed it but it's totally noticeable now. The last couple of times I have called and made appointments, there's been an issue both times as well. One time they canceled because they had a bigger job on hand and the other time is because they didn't think they could perform the job even though I called with plenty of information and told them what I wanted when I made the appointment.I don't feel like a valued customer. I have spent plenty of money there including replacing my whole heater AC assembly, Even though you stepped through my roof, I was totally calm about it and was accepting, but not listening to your customer and what their needs are and planning for that and blowing me off for a bigger job as the man explained on the phone, that you had a big job and had to cancel...I'm not going to beg you to take my money, I will just go elsewhere and did......

Called Baileys towards the end of they day and they were still able to send over someone within an hour. My Tech Joshua was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions. Got the job done super quick and was very helpful!!!
