My Facebook account was hacked on Sunday, December 11th. I turned to Erik, he patiently listened and talked with me in non-technical language about my problem. He solved the problem and charged me fairly.

Exceptional service!! Always helpful, friendly, knowledgeableand has fixed most issues the same day. They are the only IT service we use because they are so reliable. Definitely recommend this company.

Erik has worked on my computer a few times when I have had problems. He does a great job and I highly recommend him. I have used other computer repair business closer to me, but I prefer Erik. I am glad that he doesn't keep my computer for long periods. He also does some remote services.
