Mandi & Bono have really made my experience at FIIT so great! They are personable, knowledgeable and all around just good energy. All of the members I have met have been so nice and great to workout with. I have been to dozens of other gyms, and this is the first one I genuinely feel welcomed in and not judged.

This is a very clean gym the staff is very friendly and helpful Bono and Mandy make you feel like family and that you matter I'd recommend this gym as one of the best I've been too

I have been going to FIIT a little over a month now and loving it so far! Bono and Mandi are awesome. They even remembered my name after my first class. Whatever your goals, they will help you reach them by being supportive with no judgment and encouraging you to go at your own pace. I gained 4 lbs overall after my first month: lost 2 lbs of fat and gained 6 lbs of muscle, so they definitely know what they are doing.The classes offered are diverse and fun and are almost all HIIT structured. As for the gym, it’s a lot smaller compared to the typical big names, but it’s never crowded. I usually go after work M-F 5-7 pm and I’ve only ever seen no more than 5 people...read full review
