Zachary is amazing! He is trained in a variety of modalities and I love how he intuitively picks up on what I need in a session. I’ve received massage, cupping, acupuncture, acupressure, Thai massage and more from Zachary and it’s all been perfect. Definitely recommend ?

Hi there! My name is Zachary Avery. I have served Tulsa as a massage therapist, acupuncturist, yoga instructor, writer, speaker, and coach since 2010. I am licensed through the state of Oklahoma and insured through the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). After spending more than a decade studying self-care, holistic health, and alternative medicine, I'm excited to teach you everything I know. My mission is to provide you with a wide array of services, resources, and tools to help you live a balanced, healthy life.
