They did the plumbing on my new home build. Ground keeps sinking where the house connects to the city. Last year they said they ran a camera and there was no issue. Another plumbing company Williams came out and ran a camera and showed where the saddle where the home was connected to the city was 30 degrees off, and you could see a pool of waste. Like others I have see reviews on here..They came out and found the connection to the city line had snapped. The repair was completed.
