Customer Service was excellent! From checking to throughout the process. Was there for 2.5 hours! Concentra across the country, the places I have been sent to as a travel RN for service is consistent in how they treat customers, friendly, respectful, professional, efficient, kindness & empathy! It worked out to where I was able to show up, fill out my form online which was convenient and went right back in. The price was a little high for the cdl physical as it’s cheaper at other places but overall a good experience

Treated well every visit as stressful as one can be. One day I had anxiety and the staff helped it wasn’t from having to test it was from not being able to pee but we got past it overall the staff there are respectfull sometimes funny and most of all take care of business with customers
