Chloe and Angela at the front desk are hilarious and great. Bruce (nurse practitioner) is amazing! He listens to me and my partner and really connects with us. Miranda (vitals) is also great. Pattie (intake) is amazing and goes out of her way to help out. Dr. van Tuyl (psychiatrist) is a semi-functioning moron at best. He asked very triggering questions to my partner about their trauma and refused to drop the subject after I asked him to. He retraumatized them. He also made a lot of assumptions, asked about their parents’ PTSD, and casually mentioned that my partner might have a lesion in their brain (they don’t). Avoid him at all costs! He should be fired, honestly. Almost everyone else there is great, compassionate, and actually listens to what you have to say.
