Actual medical staff are great, if a little rushed. Front desk staff are rude both in person and on the phone. One woman in particular treats everyone like they are stupid if they don’t know every procedure, policy, and hours of operation. If I were able to choose a different facility I would. EDIT: change from 3 to 4 starts. Staff contacted me and apologized. Since then, contacts have been polite, courteous, and helpful.
Dr Hussain is an incredible Dr. He has helped me more in a few weeks than my last Dr did in the 6 months I saw him. Facility is nice, staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable.
