After calling a couple of places to fix my PlayStation 5 I found Ubreakifix and not only are the cheapest but the time frame to have it fixed was better. Other places told me 2-3 weeks but Ubreakifix had it done in 4 days. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because I had to call to see if it was ready but I understand places are busy so I won’t hold it against them other than that they deserve a 5.

Jacob was very polite and professional during drop off of my Dell laptop. They kept me informed of their progress and upon its return, it is now working with no problems at all. I will start with ubreakifix the next time I have a problem with my laptop or any other device.
