Although their selection of Luxury Vinyl Tile may be limited, they do provide quality options in carpet, engineered wood, and laminate flooring. My salesman was nice and the flooring is decent. I’m irritated that I went during one of their sales for the “Buy 100 get 25 free” and apparently that’s just something they advertise to get you in the door.
They failed to mention that if you buy something already on sale you get nothing free. Also, their warehouse closes 30 minutes before the store does so I ended up loading 23 boxes of flooring myself.
It would be nice to know all these things up front. They could easily update the hours on Google and mention the sale price negation on the signage.

All of the people I worked with were very helpful & walked me through the process. They had a great sale at the time that got most of another room done also. My rooms like they came out of design magazine. I smile every time I walk through it! ?? excellent company.
