I called and left a message with them last night, telling them my water heater tray was full, pilot light wouldn't come back on, and I needed them to come ASAP. They texted me first thing this morning, said we're going to come this morning, we'll text you at 8:30 to let you know when. They texted me before 8:30 and told me they'd be here around 11. Jace came right at 11, found the crack in my tank, meaning I needed a new water heater. He said if I went and got one myself they could maybe install it today. I immediately bought one at Home Depot, brought it home, and 30 minutes later Moses and Josiah showed up and installed it, hauling away the old one.... read full review
