    Dr. Teney John (NPI: 1932429131) did a terrible job taking care of my sister at Sienna Extended Care and Rehab. She ended up in the Baptist ER with a blood/bone infection from a bedsore, quadruple digit blood sugars, and high ammonia levels in her blood. Her medical records from Sienna show that she was in pain for over a month despite Dr. John's progress notes denying that she was in pain.
