This is specifically a review of the Plunkett's Pest control that assumed this business in a merger. We had great service with Pure Home. Plunkett's did not honor the 2 year pre-paid plan with had with Pure Home in assumption of the business and tried to charge us fees for late payment when they never delivered a bill, tried to charge for a date the service technician was explicitly asked not to come on, and the technician has been unable to make 3 appt in the time frame agreed on. I only received notice of fees due when I called to discontinue service due to dissatisfaction. Very poor service and very poor business office experience. Recommend avoiding Plunkett's and now Pure Home with the merger.

Tried to cancel my services with them and was charged a cancellation fees. Ok but next month they came out while I was not home and serviced and charged me again when I had already paid the cancellation fee. Tried to goto their office in person to resolve this but looks like the location is usps mail box, they do not have a physical location. I had to get a new card. Do not recommend.

I had a very unprofessional experience with the staff and found them to be quite rude. After the interaction, I looked through their reviews because the ratings seemed unusually high. I noticed several accounts leaving 5 star reviews for both this Oklahoma location and the same company in Gilbert, Arizona. It seems like an unusual coincidence that so many reviewers appear to have used the same company in two different states and left identical ratings. they delete bad reviews

I recently purchased a new home and this company had been servicing the property prior to my move in with the previous owner. I could tell how well they did and wanted to continue their services for the home. I am very happy with their treatments so far and amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!

I’m giving two stars because in the past they did show up and spray. However, they charge $163 to spray approximately 20 feet consisting of two flowerbeds on either side of my porch and a wall next to my driveway.. For some reason I never heard or saw them the last time they were supposedly here and then charged my credit card. (When I know they’re here they have sprayed my garage and come in the backyard after I unlock the gate.) In any event I decided that I could not afford this service and asked them to terminate it. I then got an email from Drew Kaelin offering to come back out and spray and to reduce the cost to $119. When I sent an email thanking them but telling them I was firm in my decision they wrote an insulting email that I will now cut and paste into this review: “It's your responsibility to unlock the gate. We email 1 week before each visit and text you 3 days before each visit. That's your fault not ours.
Good luck out there”
(I have since been through my email and my text messages and I don’t have one after April 2025 and this incident occurred July 18, 2025)

PureHome has been wonderful since the get go. First encounter was a home solicitation. I was busy and told the guy I didn’t want to be sold on anything and he said something like, “I understand, do you mind if I leave a card for you in case you need service in the future?” Then he gave me the card and, shockingly, actually just walked away with a polite goodbye. A few months later I started seeing pests and remembered the respectful interaction. I called and talked to Drew and he continued the respect and professionalism. He took time to explain the process and the various treatment options and was genuinely concerned about finding what would work for me. I never felt like he was trying to trick me into some crazy contract or upsell on something I didn’t need. I wasn’t home when the treatment team came but my wife said both men where very friendly and got to work quickly and efficiently, answered her questions, and set expectations for pest activity in the first month. I don’t know if PestHome is the cheapest option or not but I know that, so far, I have not regretted giving them a call. Customer service like this is rare these days.
