Thankfully, at this point in our lives, this was just a future planning/prep/tour visit. And it was VERY informative. Our rep, Michael, was gracious and knowledgeable. Answered our questions and spent plenty of time with us. He gave us a thorough tour of the grounds and provided detailed information about options and decisions we (or our loved ones) will need to make. There was NO pressure… but there was plenty of information to make a good decision, which we did in the end. There is a certain amount of peace that comes with making certain decisions ahead of time… to minimize some of the worries for our loved ones after we’re gone. It was a good decision.
Every staff member I dealt with gave over 100% effort to make my experience at this difficult time easy and seamless as possible. We began our conversations over long distance phone and email and the staff responded quickly to my questions and concerns. I was very happy with the service.
Annie and Josh helped with working through several complicated matters in our situation. Annie was kind and patiently went over our many options until we found what we wanted! Thanks again for everything! You are the best!
