Every health professional and hospital employee at Integris SW went above and beyond before, during and after my DaTscan and CT, particularly Christina and Carlie. Christina took steps to ensure that I could have the procedure done, and Carlie took care of me all the way through the DaTScan. Her IV insertion was so perfect, I barely felt it, and had no trace afterwards. Both C & C were respectful and considerate getting me set up for the scan and after the scan.
Had my second and third mammograms at INTEGRIS Southwest medical center. Both times Christy was my technologist. She takes great care to make you comfortable and to be accurate with her scans. I will continue to get my annual exam there because of her professionalism.
I had an MRI on 7/2. From the moment I went in everyone was absolutely so kind and so helpful. I’ve been in places where the help has not been so nice, but I’ve never had a problem with any Integris employee. They have all been trained well and it’s appreciated. And I want to recognize my tech (not sure if that is his correct title) Jorge. He was very patient and helpful. But I have to tell that he went beyond what he had to do. I got overheated getting to the building. After the MRI was over, I mentioned that I couldn’t walk to my car without getting overheated again.
