They took care of everything from start to finish. Explain to me everything this was the first time Experience. Everything went so smoothly. The place was nice and clean. I would recommend this place for anybody who’s looking for peace of mind and a happy place for the loved one to give a Send off from.

I did receive a call to follow-up on this situation and they were kind and apologetic. Hoping this helps prevent another family from a similar experience.
As a hospice nurse, it is seldom a funeral home show so little regard for the family's request for extra time and a later body pickup. The funeral director was difficult to understand due clearly being woken, missed the initial request for pickup, and then the driver did not call with ETA. After three phone calls to get an ETA, my family had to wait an astonishing one hour and 17 minutes to be told it would be another 30-40 minutes. And this FH is 13 miles from the family home. A total wait time of two hours after reporting ready for pickup, being 13 miles away. Simply unacceptable.

The memorial service held for my Mom at Hahn-Cook exceeded all my expectations and they helped create a very memorable service to honor her. The planning was easily thanks to Andrew Ousely's amazing help. The day of the service was flawless thanks to Stephen Zahn and his great team there. It's not fun to think about funerals or the death of those near to us, but it's inevitable and the folks at Hahn-Cook make it not only bearable, but an inspiring occasion for everyone involved.
