We just left this office, on Saturday, and I can't say enough good things about them. My husband was having a bad toothache and I happened to see they were open. They saw him on short notice and saw Dr. Dais. He got my husband fixed up quickly. The staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Sad to say I’ll be moving my business elsewhere after being a patient for 6 years. The decline in customer service is the reason I’m leaving. I had an appointment I had to reschedule due to a family emergency. When I went to the rescheduled appointment they changed me $75 for moving the appointment, which I paid despite not being told on the phone the day I called to move the appointment. I inquired about having to pay that and the receptionist said they would inquire and call me. Guess what? Absolutely not a single word from them for months! So when it came to my next cleaning I called and canceled the appointment and told the lady on the phone that this time I didn’t want to reschedule and that due to me still wanting on that “call” I’ll be looking at moving my business elsewhere. Now I got a bill for $75 for canceling that appointment. My suggestion is that you save yourself any headaches and find another dentist for your family just as my family is.

The front desk kuddos to Ms Holly she is the best . Dr Faulconer far as my experience is not friendly he will leave your mouth in so much pain afterwards that it’s ridiculous not just from the tooth being extracted but it felt like he was going to pull my jaw out of place . No direct eye content he talks to you and he don’t care about giving referrals to help with other things like dentures or partials . He has no good communication skills at all . Out of 10, I give him a 0 .

The whole entire staff is so nice! Wait time is very very minimal. They have always managed to work me in if I’ve needed a last minute appointment. They are great with kids too! This team should be your family’s dental team!
