Service, Timeliness, Technician] E & S Heat & Air was quick with setting up my appointment. Kept me aware of technicians arrival time. The technician’s were on time, knowledgeable, hard working. A part “board” was not on the truck, the technician called in the order, the office had it in inventory & sent it back to my home with another technician. Everyone worked hard & as a team to make my experience with E & S seamless & above my expectations. "

I called ES heat and air after having a very negative experience with another AC company who charged a lot of money without fixing the problem. ES has helped us out twice over time and have been able to fix the issues quickly and at a great value! The technicians have also been very easy to work with while here. Thank you!
