Went here for a bachelorette party event and had the most amazing time! Wish I lived closer so I could come back. Definitely a place to visit and try sometime! Both instructors had great energy.

Aerial Yoga?!?!?!?

I say go for it right after you either give birth, get divorced, sign the waiver, or have run out of other New Year's resolutions.

With a little stage lighting, Cirque du Soleil has met its match.

I did the intro to Aerial today and really enjoyed it. My body wasn't ready for all that yoga! Haha The instructors were all patient and willing to help me anyway they could. It was a great way to figure out what my strengths are and what I need to work on. Excellent experience! Looking forward to many more classes!
