About Reynolds Army Health Clinic
Reynolds Army Health Clinic is a busy and clean facility that provides medical care to military families. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, as demonstrated by their assistance when a visitor forgot an important prescription. They knew exactly what to do, and the individual was able to get their medication quickly. One patient in particular, Mendy Corter, is praised for her attentive care. She took the time to thoroughly check a patient who had been brushed aside at a previous visit, discovering that the individual had pneumonia. Thanks to Mendy Corter's dedication, the patient received the necessary treatment and felt better. Overall, the clinic is a valuable resource for military families, providing competent and caring medical professionals.
Dr. Patricia Davis and Nurse (I don’t recall her first name) Shepherd are to be avoided if at all possible. Davis is hands down only working to hear herself speak. She’s more worried about being right than actually helping you and is incredibly impatient at best to downright rude at worst. Will literally cut you off mid sentence and speak over you if you don’t answer her questions the way she wants you to. The ego is through the roof with that one and because of that and her nasty attitude, I switched to a different provider. I’m meeting them in the middle, my family has had both good and bad experiences. Different providers, different experiences. I have had a bad experience in the urgent care one time, it was close to time for them to leave. The provider had an attitude and treated me like I was annoying for being there. I ended up going to the ER. My son has ADHD and when we moved here from Ny drs flat out refused to give him his meds he was on for years and flipped his whole world upside down, which was annoying. So this place is not great but the only reason I am rating is this high is the nurse or doctor I’m not sure that saw me this morning Mendy Corter! She helped me so much I was seen Friday and they basically just brushed me aside did no testing didn’t even check my bp. Didn’t do a chest X-ray nothing.. well I went back today because I wasn’t any better and turns out I have pneumonia my lungs and trashed and she was mad that the last doc that saw me didn’t bother to check me out! Well 2 breathing treatments and two shots in my butt later and they had me feeling a little better sent me home with so antibiotics and an inhaler to make sure I got better!!
