I really needed a good deep tissue massage from constantly swimming and never stretching. I found this place and Juli could not have done a better job. She helped find the places that needed the most work. She really gets in deep, but afterwards I felt so much more loose. 5 stars.
Sharon is beyond amazing. She has so much knowledge about the body and every muscle. She can help identify tight muscle groups and provide suggestions for stretching between sessions with her. She is an extremely skilled and gifted massage therapist. Her ability to help resolve pain in the body is a true gift. Go see her!
