When I arrived to my appt with MaryKathrine I was so much of what you may call a stress ball I hold a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders but by the time I left I felt as though I had no worries in the world MaryKathrine did an amazing job getting every stress area to relax and I felt like a new person that day and the next I will continue to see her on a regular basis these massages have helped me in so many aspects of my daily living .
