Love this facility! The staff members are very friendly and make classes enjoyable! The environment that they set for you while working out is something that you can’t get anywhere else. All of the classes that they offer push you to do you best and make you want to come back for more. Definitely recommend this facility for any lady out there wanting to get back into shape!
Senior Fitness Class meeting MWF 10am at 15220 N Western, Our instructor, Diana Thun very qualified, works with class individually and collectively. the 45 min.session addresses cardio, balance and all areas Seniors are most concerned about. Cost is $35 month. One visit free to help you determine if this class will be a benefit to you! Has help me a lot!
Okay... hands down, most community-driven ladies gym in town! Come in for a class, the instructors know everyone by name and help connect people. Teacher/trainers are highly knowledgeable and every class is totally different and challenging. This is a gem of a place â¤ï¸
