Charlie was excellent. Honest, easy to get a hold of and showed up right away. Extremely professional and kind. Would recommend to anyone, came out for a service visit, next day came back and replaced sensor without charge. Above and beyond!! Thank you Charlie furnace working well now!

We've used Charlie/ARP to service our HVAC units at our former home, install new units at our former home and install new units in our new home. He normally doesn't do new construction but he made an exception for us since we were long-time customers and I am really grateful that he agreed to take on the job and help us get exactly what we needed for our new home. Charlie is honest, very knowledgeable and keeps at it until everything works right. I am very pleased with his work. I have recommended him to friends and family and all have been very satisfied.

Charlie was great reliable and honest. He was available the day we called him and fixed us up immediately. We did have to call couple days after initial visit but came and got us up and running again. Very reasonably priced to others. I would highly recommend him. Very down to earth guy that won’t try to sell you something you don’t need.
