We called for a sink clog in our kitchen. Before they did anything they asked what year our house was built. After a service tech used a pipe cleaner he said he hit a clog and someone would stop buy with a camera. They said our pipe was corroded beyond repair and would have to tear up foundation and floors to the tune of $5700 to $18,000. We called another company who cleaned the clog of grease and hair in 15 minutes for $200 and no sign of corrosion at all. We posted our experience on line and a huge amount of Oklahomans reported the same experience with Air comfort solutions. Shame on businesses who run scams like this. Kharma is very real!
Oh man, this is a doozy, I’m going to have to put this on google review too. OK, so I had a $99 furnace tune up. I got a call a few days ago if I wanted a get a free plumbing diagnostic. I said yeah. Gene comes in and I tell him the main issue is my master & guest showers don’t heat up for a long time and only get Luke warm. He said, I needed to get a drain cleaning and that will fix the problem. I don’t know anything about plumbing, but I asked “that will fix the heat problem?” He said it’s a 50/50 shot, we will know after it’s clean, if it doesn’t work it will be on the house. company sucks. the customer service rep manager fires everyone she doesn't like and nobody ever does anything about it it. all of you customers are getting ripped off badly. i can name a list of things they don't want you knowing. this company will go through and down employees the second they no longer like them PERSONALLY. the customer service rep manager is the definition of someone that has power and uses it wrongfully. do not recommend service or employment wise.
