Good gym, good atmosphere. Sometimes it's very lively and at other times it's nice and slow. The new ownership is great! They are attentive. Most of the time, the owners of the gym are present instead of just the staff. I like that.

Erica and Mike go out of their way to treat their clients right! Come to this gym if you need a workout space operated by owners who actually care.I signed up for the 24/7 gym access plus the martial arts classes the other night. Erica immediately reached out to me the next day to notify me of the price reduction due to the service member discount. I was okay with the original price, and now even better with the new price!The owners who go out of their way to make things right without being asked are a testament to how well they run their business, lead with value, and take care of their community.

I was hesitant to try out this gym because of reviews that were given from the previous gym name and gym owners !! I’m so glad we didn’t listen to the reviews because this new gym and new owner are top notch! Real genuine guy who takes pride in his gym and keeps it clean! I was working out at home and was really limited in what i could so i’m really glad i took the chance! I’ve been working out for a solid two weeks here and it took me about 30 minutes getting comfortable with everything! Some gyms take quite a while to get comfortable idk why but not here!
