I cannot understand how an urgent care that opens at 10 am on a Sunday can be full for the day at 10:45 am when they don't even close until 6 pm. This is the second time I have attempted to go to this location and the sign been on the door that says "urgent care full for the day". My daughter was seen there on Wednesday and has gotten worse. I wanted to take her back to the same location so that they have the history of her sickness but now, I'll have to take her elsewhere and explain the whole situation again. To top it off, you can't reach them by phone because it says they're closed on the recording...even though they're open. Whoever is running this place needs to be let go.
