**** BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ****Let me start off by saying that Kirbi & her team of associates are absolutely the BEST !!! I went in knowing what ideas I wanted and they went above and beyond on making my dreams come true … Their knowledge and experience is on point … Their ideas & help was some of the best customer service I have EVER encountered… THANK YOU for seeing me threw the end and not just the sale … I WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE I KNOW IN NEED OF TILE & FLOORING NEEDS !!!

Since Kirbi took over as manger of this facility, a nice and refreshing change took place. I’ve been a flooring contractor for a few decades and she checks all the boxes. Literally a diamond in the rough. I will bring as much as I can trough this establishment to enable some lasting stability as long as I can.
