Florafinos is my go-to for flowers in the Zanesville/New Concord area. Just had another great experience with them, and the arrangement they delivered to my mom is gorgeous. The staff go out of their way to be helpful, which is especially appreciated by someone placing orders from Europe. Highly recommend!!

I live in Kansas and my best friend is in Zanesville. Forgetting about the hour time difference, I called what would have been last minute before they were closing, to have some flowers delivered for my best friend’s birthday. Megan told me that they weren’t doing anymore deliveries for the day but still asked where I was wanting flowers delivered. I gave her the address and she said that she would make it happen for me. She picked out a beautiful flower arrangement and made a few adjustments to make it perfect for my best friend! She hand delivered it for me! They went above and beyond to help me make my best friend’s birthday and I am very grateful for that!!! Thank you so much to Megan and the team at Florafino’s Flowers and Gifts!!!!!

Amazing customer service! I contacted them requesting floral delivery to a funeral home and the staff member I spoke with was incredibly helpful in selecting options that were readily available and made sure to get the arrangement delivered right away. Highly recommend.

I purchased a boutonniere for my son that at first I was not happy with. My husband brought it home and the shop was closed. I texted the shop staff and one immediately contacted me to make it right. They came back in and did the best they could to match the colors. I appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to help.
