Worse place to go! Every time I take my animals in they just guess I go through The same loop every single time with the same medicines that don’t help any of my animals at all end up paying a lot and lots of money just for nothing to work I suggest if it’s something minor go here if it’s something kind of major don’t go here

I brought my cat in on 9/18 after believing I had injured him via tripping/stepping on him in the middle of the night. After examination/bloodwork and discussion Dr. Kaitlyn Kirk believed he might have an underlying infection. She sent him home with antibiotics/anti inflammatory/pain meds. 2 days later he started to show what I thought were signs of drainage. I called the office again that Monday to ask for advice and they made it seem like that was expected. By Thursday (his scheduled follow up day) his skin had become necrotic(I misunderstood as a scab). She then suggested surgery the next day and gave me a quote. When I arrived the next day, she then informed me of additional costs that she had not included in the initial quote. Still wanting to give my cat his best chance, I went ahead with surgery. This was on a Friday afternoon. While I do appreciate the last minute appointment, I am baffled at the fact that my paperwork had no contact on it incase something went wrong over the weekend. Sometime throughout the night on Saturday Jace went downhill. He passed away early Monday morning. My only option at that point (via the answering machine at your office) was to drive an hour out of town to an emergency clinic knowing that can be extremely costly and my cat was in a lot of pain and I was under caution to limit his movement. We live at least an hour from any of the suggested hospitals. I understand that no guarantees are given with any surgical procedures, but I do believe there was some neglect in follow up care. If you are going to provide an intense surgery on a Friday, you should have someone available in case of an emergency over that weekend. I’ve also since noticed that the vet we were treated by is not even listed under their staff members on the website. I will never return to this facility and would never recommend them to anyone.

Peanut was extremely sick. The day before she was sick she was extremely happy and healthy and within hours she deteriorated. I called vets for help. Explained she was dying and needed to get her in ASAP. Everyone wanted me to wait hours to get her in. Not them. They told me to bring her now. We get there and they where so kind and caring. Put us in room. Told us what we knew. They were gentle. They gave us time with her. They helped her to go to rainbow heaven. My family is grateful for them and helping peanut. Thank you.

Called about my old girl needing to cross rainbow bridge they got me in right away and were super fast and helped my baby to stop.suffering. thank you.

My pittie was attacked by another dog. Her regular vet couldn't get her in (he could never get them in for an urgent visit) Animal Crackers not only got her in but were SO amazing with my girl. Remi used to get anxiety just pulling in the vets office but she was all tail wags and smiles there! Thank you Animal Crackers! You are absolutely amazing and worth the drive!

Was looking into a new vet, saw the sign for this place, and decided to give them a call. We managed to get an appointment asap even next day if we wanted, we brought our dog in to get his ear looked at. The staff was very friendly and had really good communication. I recommend this vet to anyone that needs to get their fur babies looked at. They treat you like family and you won't regret your decision.
