I had my Furnace and AC replaced by Advanced Heating and Cooling. Before I made this decision, I did a lot of research on it because as we all know it is a major investment.
I had multiple estimates done and ended up going with Advanced Heating and Cooling because Drew actually looked at the property from the perspective of “How can we improve on what’s here”. He went over suggestion of what he could do to improve and explained why it would be better. He did not at any point try to upsell or sell me anything I didn’t need.

Called at noon on a Friday of a holiday weekend and had a service tech at my house by 2:30pm. He was polite, efficient and thorough. He found the problem and fixed it promptly. After completion he took the time to explain what he had found and exactly what he fixed. Before leaving he ran several tests to ensure my system was functioning properly. Will never use another company again. They've earned a customer for life.
