Josh did an outstanding job of getting our much needed (older) air conditioner working. Although it was not installed by Advance Heating & Cooling Services, they scheduled us for a quick service date! Thank you for coming out to Pleasant Valley Limestone, to get the office comfortable for us who work in there and for our customers. Highly recommend you guys!
Don and Dusty absolutely were the best . Both were polite, sweet, knowledgeable, informed,. We can't say enough good stuff about them. They really would be the two we would have to work on our furnace.
These two men deserve the best award you guys give to your employees.
And Advance was the first word out of several people mouth when I asked who was a GOOD FURNANCE COMPANY at the FIELDHOUSE.

Started off rough when trying to get appointment and part when we knew what the issue was. But when the technician arrived he was very kind, knowledgable, and quick. He arrived early and was able to get our AC up and running on the hottest day of the year
