Great customer service, you don't see this very often! The shop closes at noon on Sat. And I called to see if they had a water filter for my mother's refrigerator. I realized I wouldn't get there until afternoon and the rep, whose name, waited for me and hand delivered the filter, which I paid in advance. I didn't catch the name of young man but he provided a great service, I wish they had this kind of service down in South Carolina, Keep up the great work and service!

This is a great store with really helpful and friendly staff. I called 10 different appliance stores and supply houses. No one would sell me a blower motor for my furnace when it went out on a 10 degree day. A V&V store near me was able to locate the motor at the Youngstown store, so I drove there to pick it up. An exact match. Had my furnace back up and running in less time than it took to drive to Youngstown. Thank you, V&V for your good customer service. Highly recommend!
