Dr. John Matta and his super staff (Lisa, Faith, Tammy, Kim, and Mary) at Refresh Dental (Boardman) are excellent, welcoming, and so friendly. I suffered with an extremely painful, badly cracked and infected tooth cut down to the jaw bone which needed extracted ASAP. Since my dentist had moved out of town, I had to search for a new dentist who would see me soon and also accept my insurance. Fortunately, I came across Dr. John Matta, and even though I had never been to this dentist office, the staff at Refresh Dental were caring and compassionate about my situation and scheduled me to see Dr. Matta immediately. I’ve been going to Dr. Matta for years now. He’s kind and professional. He has a way of numbing your gums so the novocaine injection doesn’t hurt at all. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well. They always fit you in when there’s an emergency. If there are dental awards, this crew deserves them all. No pain at all! I actually look forward to dental appointments. How often do ppl say that?!
