First off, Wacked is a local gem. It stands out from the big name salons. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. It’s like walking into a warm hug. Secondly, Rachel understands Blonde hair! She hands down is the best I’ve come across understanding my hair type and knowing what to do to give that natural lived in blonde look without my needing to understand the technical hair terminology. I leave never feeling dull or brassy. I’m so glad she was recommended to me!
