Had a great experience with Roto-Rooter, had a few issues and they were extremely friendly and helped me understand what was going on and very professional. Will Definitely use them again in the future!

Had an emergency mainline water back up in my basement they were able to accommodate my schedule and come on the weekend. Joe was my service technician told me 3 possible things to fix the problem and started with plan A as it was the cheapest and less invasive for my situation. He was able to fix the problem and then he’s coworker Austin then came while he was working to see how things were going and is now helping to get the thing that were in that room fixed and or replaced. Both these guys were friendly and very helpful. I wasn’t sure able calling in a bigger company due to cost but the price wasn’t terrible.

Joe and Chase came to the house within the window I scheduled online and were very quick to get it fixed! They were very personable and polite when entering my home!
