If I could leave less than one star I would. Doctor Khan has no respect for his patients and care-givers schedule. He's left us waiting in an exam room for an hour before and he's ignored the scheduled time of video conference calls making him hard to count on. The staff doesn't call back when they say they will either.

Quite frankly, this is a criminal enterprise.To start off, the customer service here is atrocious. I’ve been on the phone hours and hours and they seem incapable of even the most basic task.I went in with a simple concern, and they insisted on many appointments and tests that were not needed. After making a small fortune off me, they were seemingly satisfied with basically giving me a diagnosis that nothing was wrong (despite literally every other medical person I know indicating a significant problem existed and has been since diagnosed).But then it turns out that these heathens were not done yet.
