This Nurseing home is one that I would recommend very clam warm and quite atmosphere especially the staff. The receptionist Janet at the front desk is very kind, courteous, and professional.

Horrendous care and disgusting conditions. Once the trauma of this experience is not so recent, a much more thorough review will be submitted. Please avoid!

Rae Ann Suburban is a facility located in WestLake, OH. It is a nursing home that offers Physical and Occupational Therapy services for Veterans and regular Civilians. As a Veteran, I was assigned to Rae Ann in September, 2025 for Physical and Occupational therapy. The team of therapist employed at RaeAnn are professional. Their display of compassion is evident. The PT and OT team members are patient and attentive towards each resident. Daily, they assist residents in achieving their personal goals as they relate to rehab, regaining their independence, physical adaptations , and life skill mobility. Overall, the PT/OT team members make the difference for this facility!

I'm visiting my sister and every encounter with the staff and patient alike has been a great experience very helpful and friendly willing to stop with what they are doing to assist you, I like the atmosphere very positive. Thank you.

Don't trust this place to take care of your loved ones. The long term care side is attrocious. My grandmother was doing great before she was transferred to their long term care. Staff fought with my family while my grandmother was dying. Her belongings were removed from her less than 18 hours after she died. There is no respect for life, residents or grieving families here.

I would give it 0 stars. My sister was recently there after having surgery for breast cancer. My sister was still in a lot of pain, she asked to go to the ER a few times and was denied. She is finally home and just found out her cancer spread aggressively. The oncologist said it wouldn't of got as bad if they would of treated it right away, well she was begging for help and they refused. Also, my sister had video of feces and urine all over the shared bathroom/showers. She mentioned it and was told it wasn't thier job and housekeeping would handle it. A few days later my sister went to shower and the same spots was there. There was multiple issues like this. My sister is trying to call and get numbers and Ginger keeps hanging up on her not letting her say anything at all. My sister has a right to make a complaint. Something needs to be done about this place. Danielle, Ginger, they both need to go, they have no business in this profession as they have no respect for patients. My sisters roommate was left in her diaper all day and then they tried blaming someone else for it and asked my sister to say they changed her when they didn't. My sister is 32 and they treated her like this, how are they treating the ones who can't say anything or do anything?

This place is terrible. I sent them this email as I recieved a picture of my person having to eat less than 2 ft away from a toilet full of pee. They are treated so terribly there. Here's what I asked them and of course, no response.
Can you please tell me why patients have to eat less than 2 feet away from a full port a toilet??? That's disgusting. And so much cross contamination. And why does it take you hours to answer the call bell?? I've seen this first hand numerous times. You pride yourself in treating patients like dirt?? Bet if it were your mom in there you'd be pissed at what your staff does.
My person there is very much aware of their surroundings and how all.of the patients are.being treated. Unless families there then boy do they become brown nosing fakes.

Retaliation is against the law, high patient to nurse ratios, no different units for psych or dementia or Alzheimer's or violent patients. Could be better with a renovation and most staff are really good. As are the agency workers who get cancelled at a whim. So pick up but becareful because even if your shift has been confirmed with your agency and them the scheduler (Randi)will still take your shift and give it to staff and say triple AAA /there staff come first. Yet how can a shift be filled when it was already? They have facilities on the East side of Cleveland as well that are owned by them. You should read all the reviews and see why state is always in all there buildings a great deal of the time.
