Dr. Karen Larson as she was known then in 1988 did a Dermabrasion on one side of my face while her mentor, Dr. Sam Sato, did the other side at Metro hospital in Cleveland. While Sato was an unpleasant man, Dr. Larson couldn't have been better. In fact the side she did turned out better in the long run. She is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend her.
On a personal note, my condolences on the loss of her father.
Dr. Shah is an absolute treasure! He has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to all concerns. He explained every procedure thoroughly and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed. Nurse Sarah is a gem with a smile that is heartwarming. She was comforting during my injections and informative about follow up care. I am so happy with my Botox results and look forward to coming again.
It's always the best doctors appointment to go to, staff is always welcoming and polite! When it comes to doctors I've had 2 a male and female and very nice explaining things and giving advice, its a great feeling coming out of their office.i would never think about changing practices. Please keep up the good work.
