If I could give them a million stars I would! They are seriously the best! They got my very anxious dog who I have been struggling finding a place willing to take time with her and her anxious behavior. Jen got on the floor in the lobby with my dog and took her time trimming her nails and provided me reassurance the whole time! I am extremely grateful to find someone willing to help my anxious pup and not automatically shutting us down due to my dog anxious behaviors. I will refer anyone looking for grooming services! Responsive to text messages to schedule and was quick to get an appointment!
I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. She does an excellent job of grooming and is very gentle with my dog and doesn't push her past her comfort level.
