I am posting 2 reviews. Ricky is my therapist and he is amazing. He's 5/5 everytime. The management there is a 0/5, it is non existent and they expect you to continue to pay fees even when complaints go unaddressed. I am still awaiting a call back from management from June 20th. They cancelled me and my son's appointment, without notice and no one can tell me who actually cancelled it and why. Third time reaching out, will update later about the resolution process.
Janice called and couldn't tell me the reasoning behind my cancellations and she was very sympathetic. Gave me credit for a 90 minute massage. I have increased my rating to a 4/5 stars due to this resolution.

Very accommodating and communicative folks. I haven't ever had a problem scheduling or asking questions. Ricky is also an absolutely incredible therapist.

Booking online is a nightmare. Makes you answer the same questions over and over after it forces you to make an account. I’ll be going somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Janice is the most unprofessional “regional manager” I’ve ever encountered. She was extremely unprofessional and nasty over the phone. She cancelled my appointment over something that never happened and claims to believe her employees. She never listened to a recorded phone call either to even know what happened. Also, you would think a manager would know how to schedule customers. If I blatantly said I wanted a firm pressure, why would you schedule me for a light to med pressure therapist? Worst manager ever and I’m taking this to the highest level in corporate:) Good luck Janice

Got a 45min massage that was supposed to be an hour. Full body apparently doesn't include your full back, neck or thighs smh. I told what areas I needed most attention on and they were barely touched and with VERY minimal pressure but I told them I wanted firm (4) pressure. I'll never go there again, it wasn't worth my $ and wasn't satisfied with the service, unfortunately.

Not the best. I got a facial today. Paid $90 for an hour. It wasn’t even an hour. Only 4o minutes or so. The lady was sleeping half the time and yawning. I asked her to remove blackheads and she said you have none. It’s either I’m blind or she was too lazy to do anything. Overall bad experience.

I’ve always had great experiences at ME West Chester whether it’s been for a facial or massage. The staff there are friendly and professional.

I had called earlier around 7ish but whoever answered the phone just hung up on me. Very rude at the front desk. I think the whole west Chester area just has rude customers services.
