In my mid 40s I was finding it difficult to apply eyeliner while wearing glasses, worsening vision, and a shaky hand.A prominent plastic surgeon here in Cincinnati recommended Victoria saying she does excellent work and always gets a natural looking outcome. I called Victoria Henderson, the owner of Beauty Mark Permanent Cosmetics and had to leave a voice message, and wait for a call back.Victoria returned my call and we scheduled the appointment. I had such a great experience with Victoria. My mom has been going to her for years and she looks great, so I decided to give it a shot. I arrived not really sure of what I wanted, I was just tired of my eyeliner melting down my face by the end of the day.Victoria’s confidence and experience made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She made recommendations and drew it out beforehand so I could visualize the final look. She shaped it perfectly so it looks subtle and classy.
