Brought my cat in due to him having some sort of reaction on his skin. This led him to not have fur in that area. Thankfully, they took good care of him and the antibiotics they gave him worked.

I’ve seen two doctors now (Dr. John Hajny & Dr. Bittner) and they are by far the best. First was a check up by Hajny and second time was a sick baby. My goat was sick and must have gotten into something. They went above and beyond to explain to me what was going on and what they gave him. Me being overly paranoid called the emergency number after hours and Dr Hajny called me back within 3 minutes at 9:30 at night. Super nice and again explained to me what was going on and calmed me down. Then spoke with Dr Bittner the next day and she gave me a recommendation and that did the trick. All of the staff here are truly amazing! From emergencies to routine vaccinations they are wonderful and accommodating. Everyone is beyond kind and caring and the only place I have fully trusted to care for my pets correctly.
