I had a white dress with feathers cleaned for my daughter it was a very expensive dress. They took great care of the dress. They had me sign a waiver incase the feathers came off the dress. I happy to report not a feather was damaged. They dry cleaned the dress and it came out perfectly white. Me and the lady at the counter had a good conversation about a middle aged man bringing in a tiny dress with feathers I told it was my outfit for New Year's Eve we both had good laugh about it. The staff was very friendly and polite.

99.9% everything has been spot on. The .1% they made it right...there's not much than anyone can expect or they can do. I must admit they are a little on the high side interms of price...so far I can hang with that.
